The middle of the week brings a time to slow down a little and reflect. I want to tell you all about our last CAC meeting. Those who don't know, CAC stands for Colleges Against Cancer and we are a group of students who work on planning small events to promote cancer awareness, prevention and to plan for Relay for Life in April.
At our last meeting, this past Monday, we started working on a challenge that has been presented. Our partner, the American Cancer Society has set up a college Relay Olympics where we can earn "points" towards a prize. On Monday we filmed what will become a music video promoting our event. We had a blast and all of our members left smiling, and a few sweating. CAC is just one of the many clubs at Fisher you can enjoy. I'll share more about it in the future!
