Getting Involved!

Hey everyone,

Hope you are all enjoying this warm weather and sunshine as much as I am here in Rochester! It’s been so nice to walk outside in flip flops and shorts! Since it is so nice out, I’ve been feeling extremely motivated to get involved with more things on campus and in the community. My friend found a great way for us to do both!

There is a club here at Fisher called SWAV (Students with a vision) and they are hosting an event, which resembles community service this Saturday. We get to take a bus to local city schools and we help them paint classrooms, and various other “clean-up” type activities. It is a great way to spend time with friends while doing something to help others as well. I’m so excited to see how it turns out!
