It is always nice to come back and talk with friends and get back to work. We only have 7 weeks left until summer, which is not a whole lot of time with the amount of work left. This weekend is going to be pretty quiet other than homework. It is always good to find some way to take a break from all of the end of the year tests and projects. Therefore, this weekend my friends and I are thinking about going to Commuter Council bowling.
Commuter Council is a club on campus for commuters, although they are welcoming to all students. This weekend they have bowling at one of the local bowling alleys. This is an event open to all students, resident or commuter. The event is only $5 for 3 games of bowling. This is a widely attended event for all of campus. There are always a lot of people you know and it is a great time to catch up with friends you do not see often. The event is from 10pm to 1am so that leaves plenty of time to play 3 games and socialize. The event happens twice a semester and always has a line out the door. It is a lot of fun for not a lot of money.
