Whoa Teddi!!

So this weekend was totally awesome! As a part of the Teddi Committee here at Fisher I was super excited to attend the Courage Bowl, which was downtown this year at Marina Auto Stadium. My friends and I left school around 6 pm to get to the game which started at 7. After a little road construction downtown and confusing gps systems we got a little lost, but had a pretty awesome adventure. Upon our arrival we received kazoos from Camp Good Days volunteers. They were hoping to beat the Guinness World Record for the most people playing kazoos in a stadium. During halftime we all played Sweet Caroline on our Fisher kazoos! Epic.

It was a great night full of cheers and tears. We were all reminded of Teddi, a young girl who bravely fought cancer and inspired the creation of Camp Good Days, and the children who fight cancer every day. I was thankful to have my Fisher family there to support the cause and enjoy an exciting game. In the end Fisher dominated the field and defended our place as undefeated Courage Bowl champions!

See you later!
