Halloween is almost here!

This weekend was full of frightfully awesome fun! Rochester has great attractions for those seeking some Halloween fun. A must see is the Haunted Hayrides of Greater Rochester. On Friday night my friends and I drove to Williamson (about 40 minutes from school) to check it out. The Chemistry Club at Fisher also took many students to the hayride.

There were hundreds of people lined up when we arrived, fortunately we got on one of the first wagons. The hayride was about 20 minutes and took us through an apple orchard in pitch black darkness. The actors were terrifying! It was well worth the drive! After the hayride we were treated to free refreshments and a tour of the haunted house. The haunted house was even more horrifying than the hayride! Actors were lurking behind every corner just waiting to jump out and give us a scare. We all had a great time and would definitely go back next fall!

Saturday, we were still it the Halloween spirit so we went to a late showing of Paranormal Activity 2 at a local theater. Maybe not the best idea! We definitely had trouble sleeping after that one! Overall it was a great weekend relaxing with my Fisher family and I can't wait until this Halloween weekend!
