Hello All, 

I hope you are all having a nice winter break, or getting prepared for it! This week I picked up the "Cardinal Courier" and wanted to share with you some things about about our awesome school newspaper. The paper has been in operation for 10 years now, and it comes out once a month. It is a great resource to find things that are happening on campus, as well as in the community. The paper also addresses student concerns, as well as initiatives to improve life here at Fisher. This month there is a large interview with the chair of Spring Event, and he tells us all about bringing Gym Class Heroes to Fisher! The other large feature article was a review of Fisher's only formal event, Winter Gala. There were pictures from the event, and interviews from the models and the planning committee. Winter Gala is a great event that benefits Teddi Dance for Love and Relay for Life. It is an evening of dancing, a fashion show, and raising money for a great cause!

 

When you get to Fisher be sure to grab the Courier...it is a great way to stay in the "loop". You might be interviewed for a story, too! You never know.
